Describe it
Name your project, say what you need built, attach a sketch, a spec or a screenshot of something you like.
Describe what you need made. Get a written quotation back. Then follow every task, milestone and invoice as it happens.
No status calls to find out where a project stands. It is on the screen, the moment it changes.

Our engineers read every request and come back with scope, cost and timeline in writing. Usually inside 24 to 48 working hours.
Read the agreement and sign it in the app. Your project opens up the moment it is accepted.
Tasks, milestones and invoices as they happen. Approve work as it lands. Pay per milestone, in your own currency.
Every project is billed against milestones, never in one lump. A stage is invoiced once it is built and once you have approved it.
24 to 48hours
To a written quotation with scope, cost and timeline set out in full. Every request is read by an engineer, not sorted by a form.
Your currency
Quoted and invoiced in yours, at the reference rate printed on the invoice.
You own it
Source code, assets and documentation transfer to you on final payment.
If yours is not here, message us on WhatsApp and a person will answer.
Raise a software development request from the + tab. Describe what you want built, and attach anything that helps: a sketch, a document, screenshots of a system you like. Then submit it. Our engineering team reads every request and comes back with a written proposal.
Most proposals reach you within 24 to 48 working hours. A request that spans several systems, or one that needs a call before we can scope it honestly, can take a few days longer. You will hear from us either way.
You will be issued the agreements to read and sign in the app. Once those are signed and accepted, your project opens up: tasks, milestones, delivery dates and the payment schedule all become visible under Track.
Your project is billed in instalments rather than one lump sum. The instalments and their dates are agreed with you in writing before work starts, and each one is invoiced on its own date. Those dates are fixed when the schedule is agreed, because they hold the team and the calendar we have reserved for your build. Delivery runs alongside them: if we fall behind, that is a delivery matter and your agreement sets out what happens, and if we are waiting on something from you, your dates do not move either. Ask us before you sign if any instalment date does not suit you, and we will look at it then.
Yours. Quotes and invoices are shown in your own currency, converted at the reference rate on the day the invoice was issued, and that rate is printed on the invoice so the amount never moves after the fact.
Yes, and most projects do. Ask for changes on the task or milestone under review and the team will come back with what it affects, cost or dates or both, before anything is committed.
You do, on full payment. Source code, assets and documentation are handed over in a repository you control. The specifics are set out in your agreement.
We do. Support and maintenance are quoted separately from the build, so you can decide after delivery rather than committing up front.
